For healthcare customers on our Business plan, we provide HIPAA-compliant configuration including a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA), additional encryption controls, access logging, and configurable data retention policies for Protected Health Information (PHI).

- Call recordings are retained for 90 days by default (configurable)
- Call transcripts are retained for 1 year by default (configurable)
- Account data is retained for the duration of your service plus 30 days
- You may request deletion of your data at any time
