These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the NetworkSIP AI receptionist service and website. By using our service, you agree to these Terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, using our service, or visiting our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Description of Service
NetworkSIP provides an AI-powered phone answering service that answers business calls, schedules appointments, routes calls, and provides related communication features. The service is provided on a subscription basis as described on our pricing page.
Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Pricing and Payment
- Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected at sign-up
- All plans begin with a 14-day free trial; no credit card is required during the trial
- After the trial, your selected plan will begin billing unless you cancel
- Overage charges may apply if you exceed your plan's call limit
- Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds are issued for partial billing periods
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the service only for lawful business purposes. You may not:
- Use the service for illegal, abusive, harassing, or fraudulent activities
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service infrastructure
- Use the service to make automated robocalls or spam calls
- Exceed fair use limits in a manner that degrades service for other customers
- Resell or redistribute the service without written permission
Service Level Agreement
NetworkSIP targets 99.9% uptime for the AI receptionist service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. If uptime falls below 99.9% in a calendar month (excluding scheduled maintenance), you may request service credits by contacting support.
Intellectual Property
The NetworkSIP service, including its technology, software, AI models, branding, and content, is owned by NetworkSIP and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service as intended.
Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all call data, recordings, and transcripts generated through your use of the service. NetworkSIP retains the right to aggregate anonymized, non-identifiable usage statistics for service improvement and reporting purposes.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NetworkSIP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NetworkSIP and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
Termination
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. You may cancel through your account dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms with notice. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in Broward County, Florida.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
